The Road to PEAQ

Four virtual conferences. Four frameworks. One summit where it all converges.

Before the PEAQ Summit opens its doors in Los Angeles, we are hosting four virtual mini conferences, each dedicated to one framework in the P.E.A.Q. architecture. These are not previews. They are standalone research events. Together, they build the intellectual foundation for the main event.

About the Summit

The PEAQ Summit is a three-day conference hosted by Audacion AI Labs bringing together leading researchers, practitioners, industry partners, policymakers, and citizen science contributors to showcase the latest developments in post-deployment AI observation research across the full P.E.A.Q. architecture.

The AI safety field has spent years studying models in isolation. The PEAQ Summit is where the field meets the real world. Over three days, attendees will engage with original research across four proprietary frameworks that together map every dimension of the AI experience: what the AI does (PRISM), what grows in human-AI collaboration (EMERGE), what happens to the human (AInity), and what happens when AI meets AI (QUES).

This is not a conference about what might go wrong. This is a conference about building the instruments to understand what is actually happening, in production, at scale, across every dimension of the human-AI relationship.

What to expect

Research Presentations
Peer-reviewed papers across all four P.E.A.Q. frameworks.
The annual public presentation comparing citizen science observations with organization-contributed backend data.
The Transparency Award
Annual recognition for the AI organization with the most complete, most transparent backend data and highest convergence with independent citizen observations.
The Divergence Report
A dedicated session on the most significant divergences between citizen experience and organizational data. The intellectual heart of the Summit.
Keynotes
Talks from leaders in AI safety, governance, and post-deployment research.
Industry Showcases
Live demos of safety tools, monitoring systems, and governance products.
Workshops
Hands-on sessions on evaluation, observation, and intervention methods.
Networking
Structured time for researchers, engineers, and policy leaders to connect.
Fellow Track
A dedicated track for PRISM Research Fellows presenting citizen science findings from the field.
Our goal for the inaugural summit is 300 attendees.
Call for Papers

We invite original research across the full P.E.A.Q. architecture, plus cross-framework submissions and the Convergent Validation Track. Academic, industry, independent, and citizen researchers are all welcome. We value the work over the credential.

Research on AI behavioral drift, degradation, and breakdown under real operational conditions. Drift taxonomies, longitudinal behavioral studies, post-deployment monitoring methodologies, safety events, and behavioral pattern analysis. Five pillars: Post-Deployment Behavior, Runtime Research, Interaction Dynamics, Substrate Governance, Multi-Agent Safety.
